    Project Demi•Pact is an Independent VTuber Group based in the USA. Our goal is to create equal opportunities for both independent creators and emerging VTubers. What began as a modest effort to highlight indie VTubers has transformed into the step towards a community driven agency model, all while remaining committed to supporting our talents and creators beyond our collective.

  • Who are the members of Project Demi•pact?

    Project Demi•Pact started as an initiative by a solo VTuber, Lucifer & Bubz, and has grown to encompass a large team of creative individuals. We proudly introduced our first wave of talents in December 2023, under the generation named DECADENCE. As we celebrate our first anniversary, we have also unveiled our second generation, AETHER.   • What Benefits Does Project Demi•Pact Provide To Their Talents?

    As an independent group, we are limited in what we are able to provide. We have, however, started our own initiative to provide :

    To start the process, information regarding auditions can be found here! Our talent requirements involve being 18+ years or older, having a passion for content creation, and the ability to communicate + work with in a team oriented environment! We encourage you to follow our social media for updates and future opportunities.

fan submission guidelines

  • A fan submission, or derivative work, is any creative work inspired by Project Demi•Pact’s Talents or Team.

    Examples : Fan Art, Fan Fiction, Music Covers, Cosplay, Animations, Clips + Edits.

  • You can submit your fan work through our designated social media platforms such as Twitter, Discord & YouTube. Please include any relevant hashtags and tag our official account! We’d love to see it!

    • [Respect] Please be respectful of the talents and community. Avoid creating content that is harmful, offensive, or discriminatory.

    • [Etiquette] Adhere to the community guidelines of the platforms you use to share your fan work. If you encounter any harmful or abusive content, please report it to the platform and our team directly.

    • [Permission] If you plan to monetize your fan work, please consult with us first. Do not create or sell unauthorized merchandise without the permission of our talents and team.

    • [Intellectual Property] Do not create content that misrepresents the talents or Project Demi•Pact’s brand.

  • If you have a unique idea for merchandise or a creative project that aligns with our brand, please reach out to our official channels for further discussion on how we can help you bring that vision to life! We encourage the creation of original content and discourage the reposting or sharing of others' work. For any projects intended for monetization, we kindly ask that you seek our permission prior to initiating product sales. Thank you!

  • Violating these guidelines may result in the following :

    • Removal of Fan Content : Your fan content may be removed from our platforms or social media channels.

    • Community Restrictions : You may be temporarily or permanently banned from participating in our community.

    • Legal Action : In severe cases, we may take legal action to protect our intellectual property, brand reputation, and talent’s wellbeing.
